The agitator at the bottom of the desulfurization tower mainly plays the role of slurry stirring to prevent the deposition of gypsum and other particles.
The oxidation pipeline mainly injects air into the mud pit in the tower to oxidize sulfite into sulfate. The supporting equipment is oxidation fan. The pipeline sends the slurry to the slurry tank area of the desulfurization tower through the circulating pump, atomizes and disperses through the nozzle, and then absorbs the SO2 gas in the flue gas. The main function of demister is to remove the droplets carried in flue gas, that is, to remove water.
In addition to the active and catalytic oxidation on the surface of desulfurizer, this equipment can also directly promote the SO2 reaction, accelerate the dissolution of CaCO3, promote the rapid oxidation of CaSO3 to CaSO4, strengthen the deposition of CaSO4, reduce the liquid-gas ratio and calcium ratio, remove sulfur and reduce the transpiration of water.
When the SO2 concentration at the flue gas inlet is higher than the planned value, the pH value in the reaction tank of the absorption tower will decrease, and when a larger Ca / S ratio is required, CaCO3 can be dissolved quickly without expanding CaCO3. Adding calcium ion keeps the pH value of the slurry within the normal range and has a certain buffer effect on the pH value.
